No obligationIntegratedshares Septic is a referral service for homeowners dealing with a septic or sewer problem, often for the very first time. Think of us as a signpost at a confusing crossroads. We do not drive you anywhere. We point you toward the right road and help you read the map.
We do not perform septic or sewer work. Independent local providers do that. When we say "the provider," we mean a business that is separate from Integratedshares Septic.
A backed-up drain or a gurgling toilet can feel alarming when you have never seen it before. Most people do not know what a septic tank looks like, or where a sewer line runs. That gap in knowledge is stressful, and it can make a homeowner agree to something they do not understand.
This site tries to close that gap. We explain what is likely happening underground in plain words, so you can ask better questions.
You tell us what is going on, either by phone or through the request form. We then connect you with a provider in our network who serves your area and handles that kind of job. Providers differ in what they offer, so a match depends on your location and the work you need.
We cannot promise a specific provider will be available at a given time. Availability varies, and many providers can respond quickly, but you should confirm directly.
We expect providers in our network to:
Providers hold their own licenses and insurance where their state requires them. Always ask to see them, and check with your local authority if you want to be sure.
We do not dig, pump, pipe, or inspect anything at your home. We do not set prices, and we do not decide what work you need. We also cannot tell you whether your insurance policy will pay for a repair. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check yours, and know that providers can often help document damage for a claim.
One habit makes every conversation easier: write things down. Take photos of any wet spots, slow drains, or the areas where odd smells seem to come from. Note the date, what you noticed, and when you last had the tank serviced. Keep any past receipts or diagrams in one folder.
This paperwork helps a provider give a more accurate estimate. It also gives you a clear record if you later talk with your insurer.
Being open about money matters. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a homeowner is connected with them. Homeowners are not charged by Integratedshares Septic for the connection. What you pay a provider for their work is between you and that provider, and it is stated in their written quote.
